Chris’s Baked Shrimp Po’ Boys

Around the corner from my office is a wonderful restaurant called the Cajun Bayou Cafe. The first time I was there, let’s just say I was dubious. It is on a bayou and is a charming little shack…usually the type of setting that sends up the red flags. But here (my new favorite place to eat by the way) I had my first Shrimp Po Boy, a Louisianan staple.
